There is an option to enable ‘business email only’ in the email section, and selecting that alternative will fix the problem.

13. Is it possible to track the user's IP address?

Whenever a user interacts with the chatbot, the bot will automatically extract the customer's IP address and mark it on the corresponding chat session.

14. Will you have access to our information?
